1. Remove seat. Following the factory service manual, drain and remove fuel tank. Remove airbox.
2. Remove 3″ screws for battery cover. 3. Attach Fuelpak ground wire to negative battery terminal.
4. Reinstall battery cover.
5. Route harness from battery area to throttle body. Route through frame of fuel tank and secure with supplied zip tie.
6. Disconnect stock wiring harness from front and rear injectors.
7. Connect Fuelpak harness inline with the injectors and stock harness.
8. Locate TPS sensor on the front side of the throttle body.
9. Attach supplied wiretap to red wire with yellow tracer.
10. Connect Fuelpak violet wire to wiretap.
11. Connect Fuelpak to harness. Mount Fuelpak under left sidecover using supplied velcro.
12. Reinstall tank and air cleaner.
13. You are ready to set up your Fuelpak.
